Once you have located your "To The Trade Only" item(s), you can call or email our order department for pricing information. LADC will process all purchasing paperwork with the designer showroom. We will expedite your order to your specifications, and will schedule freight & delivery to your residence.

Our processing fee is 20% over designer wholesale net cost. This represents a substantial savings compared to the traditional industry mark-ups of 30% to 50% on your furnishings. In many cases when making an out-of-state purchase, your order may be sales tax exempt. LADC can provide you with a copy of our original paperwork from the manufacturer for your records.
