Established in Paris in 1928 by Adolphe Halard, the company began by designing and producing stylish wallpapers that catered to the discerning needs of artists who lived near the flagship boutique. Collaboration with Suzanne Fontan steered the company into a new phase, and before long Nobilis began offering wallpaper and fabric collections in coordinated designs. Recognizing the value of style diversity and with the use of high quality materials, the brand has been able to maintain a distinctive and stylish theme throughout all of their collections.
