About Scalamandre

Scalamandre is a familiar name to designers and consumers.  Founded in 1929 by Franco Scalamandre and his wife Flora, the company was started with the intention of focusing on and recreating historic fabrics.  The rest is textile history.  Their fabrics have been featured in prestigious museums and famous homes that include the White House and Hearst Castle as well as in the homes of discriminating homeowners around the world.

Sold exclusively through members of the interior design trade, Scalamandre offers seven collections that feature both modern and historic fabrics.
