About Duralee

Duralee is a sophisticated fabric line that is designed for the home or commercial use.  Duralee is arguably one of the fastest growing fabric houses in the industry today. With an industry experience spanning more than 50 years, Duralee continues to design and manufacture high quality products, from fabrics to furniture, with its New York headquarters and distribution centers all over the world.

The Beginnings of Duralee Fabrics: Duralee is a family-owned business that was founded in 1952, first offering sophisticated decorative fabrics, and eventually expanding to high-end textile and furniture production. Due to the success of the textile business, the company eventually expanded, offering the Techstyle brand in 1997 and the Highland Court brand in 2001. Techstyle is the contract division of Duralee Fabrics, known for its graceful style and textile offerings with a wide-ranging color palette. Among the best features of Techstyle are its customized prints and weaves, which are meticulously designed and priced just right. In 2001 Duralee began offering Highland Court, which is the high-end brand of Duralee Fabrics. This brand features luxurious weaves in the best designs and constructed using top of the line materials. With its trend-setting styles and premium quality, interior decorators are offered a selection of textiles ideal for the finest interior settings.

Duralee Fabrics Collections: The collections of Duralee Fabrics are impressive and widely-varied, usually categorized according to the month and year that they were first introduced. Some of the most popular collections are those from 2004 to 2011, while the most recent releases include the most stylish prints, plains, and weaves. The Duralee Contract division offers collections of customized fabrics in varied prints and weaves. From Avora prints to Jacquard Crypton to more competitively priced Competitive Edge Series, this division of the brand is created primarily for hospitality and healthcare installations.  As the brand continues to offer new collections, each collection is known for being functional and beautiful at the same time.  Duralee textile collections are innovative, fun and contemporary.  Highland Court makes available an exclusive line of Duralee Fabrics, created specifically for the high-end decorative fabric market. The collection includes fine silks, rich damasks, highly detailed embroideries, and the finest weaves offered by the brand. Duralee also carries the Suburban Home brand, a collection of exclusive textiles designed to be used for the home, at entirely reasonable prices. Coordinated fabrics in prints, weaves and designs which feature a fresher version of the traditional are all offered here.

The designers of this textile house strive to push the envelope when it comes to creating fabrics that are unique, functional, stylish and uniquely their own. The patterns and color palettes available allow interior decorators and architects to create settings and environments that run parallel to their creative visions. Duralee Fabrics live on the cutting edge of fabric design, and this is evident in every piece they produce. Designed for today's lifestyles, Duralee Fabrics consistently offers both quality and value to the industry.  The company has five divisions, which include textiles and furniture, and an extensive inventory to cater to the demands of interior decorators and architects.
