About Duralee Fabric

No other designer textile company offers the most comprehensive collections in the market today quite like Duralee Fabrics. With more than 25,000 offerings in their current inventory, over 280 employees and a market reach that spans more than 40 countries, Duralee Fabrics has definitely secured a solid footing in the entire luxury textile industry, creating beautiful fabrics for the home and contract use.

About Duralee Fabrics:  Founded almost sixty years ago Duralee Fabrics is one of the divisions of Duralee, a purveyor of exclusive textiles and fine furniture to designers and decorators worldwide. Duralee is a family owned business committed to providing the interior design industry with high quality designer products at competitive prices. Established in 1952, Duralee Fabrics has, for almost six decades, consistently offered the textile industry with sumptuous collections. While the company strives to serve the varying lifestyles of today, their commitment on exceptional quality and excellent service remains as focused as ever.  Duralee Fabrics eventually evolved into a textile powerhouse, providing for the decorating needs of professionals around the world. Expansion began to take place in 1997 when Duralee Fabrics offered Techstyle and in 2001 when Highland Court was launched. The company eventually ventured into furniture manufacture with the introduction of Duralee Fine Furniture in 2003. This furniture offering was created to provide the market with fine furniture pieces from sofas to casegoods to loveseats. These furniture collections are also a perfect fit for the casual and high end textile offerings of Duralee. The company today maintains stock keeping units of more than 25,000 in fabrics inventory and more than 900 in furniture offerings. Headquartered in New York, Duralee Fabrics are also available through corporate showrooms within the States and representative showrooms around the globe.

Duralee Fabrics Collections: The textile offerings of Duralee are spread out in five distinct collections, each with their own unique collections: Duralee Fabrics, Highland Court, Duralee Contract and Suburban Home. Duralee Fabrics, available in comprehensive collections, are known for their beauty and function and designed to complement a wide range of applications. Extensive collections have been introduced year after year, beginning 2004 to present. In 2011 alone the brand introduced different sets of collections for January, April and July. January 2011 marked the most collections launched by Duralee Fabrics for the year, with up to 10 different collections introduced for the month alone.  The premier division of Duralee is Highland Court, which features high-end, exclusive fabrics to designers of the loftiest standards. Duralee Fabrics understood the need for superior exclusivity in a market saturated with mass market products and therefore introduced Highland Court in 2001. Duralee Contract, on the other hand, was launched to cater to the contract and healthcare markets, with customizable selections in a wide range of materials. An attractive color palette and an inherently sophisticated approach define the fabric collections for Duralee for the contract market.

Finally Duralee Fabrics produces textile products exclusively for the home through Suburban Home, a collection of complementary prints and wovens offered within a competitive price range. While the collections of Suburban Home are attractively priced, the quality that Duralee has always been known for remains unchanged, as with the rest of their textile offerings for the high end and hospitality markets.
